Tibetan Buddhists use tingshas for meditation, and they are also used for relaxation and as instruments. Hold each side of the tingshas at a 90 degree angle and bring them together to make a ringing sound followed by a hum. Each side of the tingshas is 3 inches wide and 1 inch thick. The strap is made from leather. These tingshas were handmade in Nepal. This tingsha set comes with a brown cotton om bag.
